SlickWins is a bundle of browser-based classroom tools (Seating Chart, Class Timer, Schedule Maker, and Teaching Annotator) sold as a one-time lifetime license or a monthly subscription at $3/mo. All tools run in your browser.
Purchase and payment processing is handled by ThriveCart. After purchase, you receive a license key by email that unlocks the tools on up to 5 devices.
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SlickWins tools on up to 5 of your own devices. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key outside your own classroom use. The license is for a single teacher's use; contact us for school or district licensing.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the SlickWins tools and any future updates. This license does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the tools don't make your classroom life easier within the first 30 days after purchase, email us and we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@slickwins.com with the email you used to purchase. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. A refund revokes your license key.
All tool data — seating charts, student names, schedules, and annotations — is stored entirely in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to our servers. SlickWins does not collect, process, or store student data. This makes SlickWins compatible with your FERPA obligations regarding student education records.

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlickWins and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in connection with the tools shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
